Artisans Liability Insurance

Hanover Fire & Casualty offers an Artisan’s General Liability Policy through a partnership with KnightBrook Insurance Company (A-) for Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians and other similar classifications for contractors with 1 to 5 employees.

We are covering primarily residential contractors with limited commercial exposure and total gross receipts of less than $1,000,000. The risk cannot have more than 25% of their work subcontracted on a gross receipts basis. Start-up operations and part-time businesses are eligible as well as often difficult classes such as Roofing and Snow Plowing*.

The policy forms are the Mutual Services Office (MSO) policy forms and endorsements. We are currently offering this Program in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
