Owner Occupied Dwelling Fire Insurance Coverage is provided for property that is occupied by the owner of the dwelling. Coverage is provided for the dwelling on a named peril basis. These perils are fire, lightning, windstorm, hail/sleet and explosion. This form also provides for additional coverage for personal property of the named insured. The available deductible options are $0, $500 and $1,000. Each of these perils should be reviewed to determine limits, exclusions, etc. Tenant Occupied Dwelling Insurance Property owners that rent their dwelling to others can obtain insurance for their property. We provide coverage for the dwelling on a named peril basis. These perils are fire, lightning, windstorm, hail/sleet and explosion. There are three deductible options available $500, $1,000 and $2,500 Each of these perils should be reviewed to determine limits, exclusions, etc. Vacant & Seasonal Dwelling Insurance Our vacant/seasonal dwelling program offers two tiers of coverage based on whether the home is vacant or occupied on a seasonal basis. Seasonal dwellings include vacation homes, camps & hunting cabins. The vacant dwelling program can be written on a 3-Month, 6-Month or 12-Month basis.
